Hi, I'm Sam! 

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors. I have listed and sold multi-million dollar homes and helped home buyers find their dream home all across California. I also has experience with property management, vacation rentals, and providing leasing services for landlords. 

My alma mater is University of California San Diego, where I studied Structural Engineering, Urban Planning, and Chinese Studies. 

When I graduated, my first job was in mechanical and plumbing engineering. I worked as a mechanical design engineer for four years and I am currently a licensed professional engineer in mechanical. After leaving mechanical engineering, I was able to work as a structural design engineer. Due to my experience in the engineering and design field, I am well versed in California's building codes.
